KazAgroFinance exceeded the plan for agricultural machinery leasing
KazAgroFinance summarized the results of the year. The company financed the purchase of more than 10,000 units of equipment worth 266 billion tenge. The best results were recorded in Akmola, Pavlodar, and Kostanay regions.
Akmoa region showed a steady growth in key indicators, exceeding the plan by 20%. The main driver was the state program "Preferential Leasing." Agricultural producers were approved for loans totaling 102 billion tenge, allowing them to purchase more than 1,500 units of agricultural machinery.
Murad Bekturov, Director of KazAgroFinance in Akmola region: "The program is very convenient. Previously, farmers were financed at commercial rates and then had to wait for subsidies, but now the client receives financing directly at 5%. They immediately understand the conditions, rely only on themselves, and independently fulfill their contractual obligations."
Overall, under the "Preferential Leasing" program, over 10,000 units of agricultural machinery were financed this year. This allowed hundreds of farms to update their fleets. Special attention was paid to cooperation with domestic manufacturers, which helped contain the rise in prices for special machinery. Digital solutions helped simplify and speed up processes.
Yerkeulan Zhumzhayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of KazAgroFinance: "For us, these numbers are not just statistics, but thousands of new pieces of special equipment that have gone out to the country's fields. The dynamics in the regions are especially encouraging. For example, our colleagues in Akmola region completed the annual plan ahead of schedule in August, and the branch in Kostanay region surpassed the 100 billion tenge mark in loan portfolio volume for the first time in its history. This shows that the demand for agricultural modernization in the country is enormous."
