1. Subsidizing is carried out under loan agreements concluded not more than the nominal interest rate, calculated as the total expression of the base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan plus 7.5% per annum, of which the borrower pays 6% of the nominal interest rate, and the remainder of the nominal interest rate is subsidized from the state budget.
2. Subsidies are calculated:
1. from January 1 of the year in which the proposal was submitted - under loan agreements valid on the date of submission of the proposal and concluded no earlier than 4 (four) years before the submission of the proposal;
2. from the moment the loan is issued or the leased asset is transferred - under loan agreements concluded in the year the proposal for subsidies was submitted.
3. The intended purpose is the purchase of agricultural machinery, including mounted and trailed equipment, as well as for the purchase of farm animals, for investment purposes (except for passenger vehicles and passenger transport), construction (except for loans for the purchase of fixed assets for the production of flour, minerals water and non-alcoholic drinks), replenishment of working capital necessary for the technological cycle of the production process, carrying out spring field and harvesting work.
4. Subsidization is subject to existing loan agreements concluded no earlier than 4 years before the proposal is submitted.
5. New, previously unused agricultural machinery and equipment and registered agricultural machinery in the subsystem “State registration of agricultural machinery” of the information system “Unified automated system for managing sectors of the agro-industrial complex “e-Agriculture” are subject to subsidization.
6. The remuneration rate is not subsidized under other state and/or budget programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. The source of financing for the loan/leasing is not funds from the state budget or the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. On the date of submission of the proposal to the working body there must be no outstanding obligations to repay the principal debt and remuneration.
9. The loan agreement is valid at the time of application (not terminated or terminated).

1. Investment subsidies are provided for investment projects that were put into operation no earlier than three years prior to the year of filing the electronic application for subsidies.

2. Subsidization is subject to new, previously unused equipment, machinery or equipment, the year of manufacture no earlier than three years before the date of commissioning of the investment project

If, according to the project passports, only equipment, machinery and/or equipment is intended to be purchased, then new, previously unused equipment, machinery and/or equipment, year of manufacture and purchased no earlier than 3 (three) years before the year of application, are subject to subsidies.
