KazAgroFinance JSC announces a bidding  (auction) for the transfer of property into trust management of the Management Company (trustee) 

Characteristics of the object: 5-storey administrative building located at the address: The object is located on a land plot with a total area of ​​0.5077 hectares with cadastral number 21-324-027-845, located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana city, Baikonir district, Kenesary street , building 51, vp-9, with a total area of ​​2,688.8 square meters, cadastral number 21-324-027-845 and 8 (eight) parking spaces (PM No. 37, 39, 40, 42, 43, 45, 46, 78)

For the purpose of conducting bidding (auction) (hereinafter referred to as bidding), determine the following procedure and conditions for conducting bidding (auction) for the transfer of property located at the address: Astana, Baikonyr district, st. Kenesary, 51, vp-4, vp-7 and vp-9 (hereinafter referred to as the property) for trust management of the Management Company (trustee):

1. Application acceptance date: from 15:00 on May 14, 2024.
2. Place for accepting applications: Astana, Baikonyr district, st. Kenesary, 51, vp-4, room 105.
3. The bid application must include the following documents:
• letter of intent to participate in the auction;
• payment order for payment of the guarantee fee for participation in the auction;
• documents confirming work experience in the field of property management (provide supporting documents - copies of certificates of services provided and valid contracts for property management of at least two objects);
• power of attorney to participate in the auction.
4. Date and place of the auction: May 15, 2024 at 11:00 am at the address: Astana, Baikonir district, st. Kenesary, 51, vp-4.
5. Starting percentage of remuneration to the founder from the net income of the Management Company (trustee): from 51%.
6. Trading method: English (on conditions of increasing price/remuneration rate).
7. Price/remuneration rate increase step: 1 (one)%.
8. Amount of the guarantee fee: 0.2 (zero, two)% of the book value of the property, which is 1,088,417.55 (one million eighty-eight thousand four hundred seventeen) tenge, 55 tiyn.
9. Procedure and terms for making the guarantee payment: by non-cash payment to the settlement account of KazAgroFinance JSC before the date of the auction using the following details: BIN 991240000043, OKPO 39112465, Kbe 15, IIC KZ596017111000000766 in JSC People's Bank of Kazakhstan, BIC HSBKKZ KX.
10. The result of the auction is documented in a protocol based on the results within 2 working days.
11. If within 5 (five) working days from the date of the bidding (auction) the bidding winner refuses to sign an agreement on the transfer of the Company's property into trust management, the guarantee fee is not returned, and the right to conclude an agreement passes to the bidding participant who provided the largest amount of remuneration after winner.
12. If the winner of the auction is determined, ensure coordination with the interested structural divisions of the Company and the conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the auction for the transfer of the Company's property into trust management.
13. The return of the guarantee payment to bidders is carried out on the basis of a written request within 5 (five) working days.
