Joint-stock company "KazAgroFinance" announces the auction for the sale of movable property

Property put up for auction: passenger car brand LADA21214-193, state number M 437 CY, 2010 release:

- initial (starting) cost-711 000 (seven hundred eleven thousand) tenge;

- on the terms of price increase (English method);

- price increase step-5 (five) % of the starting price;

- the size of the guarantee payment: - 5 (five) % of the starting price;

- procedure and terms of making the guarantee payment: non-cash payment to the current account of JSC "KazAgroFinance", before the date of the auction.

Procedure and terms of payment of the purchase price: the Winner for the purchase of movable property shall pay the purchase price by transferring funds to the details of JSC "KazAgroFinance" within 3 (three) working days after the signing of the contract of sale of movable property.

In case of recognition of the first auction failed, to re-auction on the following conditions:

- initial (starting) cost-711 000 (seven hundred eleven thousand) tenge;

- on the terms of price reduction (Dutch method);

- minimum value-set at at least 52 (fifty-two) % of the market value;

- step down prices-3 (three) % of the starting price;

- the size of the guarantee payment - 5 (five) % of the starting price;

- procedure and terms of making the guarantee payment: non-cash payment to the current account of JSC "KazAgroFinance", before the date of the auction.
