- initial (starting) cost - 838 000 (eight hundred thirty eight thousand) tenge;

- on the terms of price increase (English method);

- price increase step - 5 (five) % of the starting price;

- the size of the guarantee payment: - 5 (five) % of the starting price;

- procedure and terms of making the guarantee payment: non-cash payment to the current account of JSC "KazAgroFinance", before the date of the auction.

2. The participant who has paid a guarantee fee and has filled in the application for participation in the auction in the established terms is allowed to the auction.

Procedure and terms of payment of the purchase price: the Winner for the purchase of movable property shall pay the purchase price by transferring funds to the details of JSC "KazAgroFinance" within 3 (three) working days after the signing of the contract of sale of movable property.

In case of recognition of the first auction failed, to re-auction on the following conditions:

- on the terms of price reduction (Dutch method);

- minimum value - set at at least 52 (fifty-two) % of the market value;

- step down prices - 3 (three) % of the starting price;

- the size of the guarantee payment - 5 (five) % of the starting price;

- procedure and terms of making the guarantee payment: non-cash payment to the current account of JSC "KazAgroFinance", before the date of the auction.
