Special conditions:

• the lessee is obliged to pay 15% of the cost of the leased asset no later than November 10 of the year in which financing was received;
• the amount of financing per lessee (per group of affiliated entities) is no more than 0.2% of the Company’s equity capital. If the total cost of leased items exceeds the amount of financing per lessee (per group of affiliated persons), the latter has the right to pay the difference to the Company in the form of the first lease payment;
• The lessee's business is not a start-up business.
