Special conditions (with an advance payment of 0%):

• the lessee is obliged to pay 15% of the cost of the leased item no later than November 10 of the year in which the financing was received;
• the amount of financing per lessee (per group of affiliated persons) is no more than 0.2% of the Company's equity capital. If the total cost of the leased items exceeds the amount of financing per lessee (per group of affiliated persons), the latter has the right to pay the difference to the Company in the form of the first lease payment;
• the lessee's business is not a start-up one.
