Announcement on the conditions for the secondary leasing of greenhouse equipment for 4.4 hectares of the EcoProduct Greenhouse Complex LLP project

Minimum conditions for lessees for the secondary leasing of greenhouse equipment for 4.4 hectares of the EcoProduct Greenhouse Complex LLP project (Akmola region):

1. Advance payment of at least 15% of the cost of the Leased Subject.

2. Conducting a technical audit of the leased item at the project site.

3. Payment of remuneration accrued under the Financial Lease Agreement No. AST-5/92-13 dated December 23, 2013.

4. Providing a letter from the lessee stating that in case of need for financing in terms of construction and installation work or working capital, as well as in case of necessary completion of greenhouse equipment, financing should be provided at the expense of own funds without applying to KazAgroFinance JSC for additional financing.

5. Confirmation of co-financing of the project in full in the form of cash and contribution to the authorized capital of the lessee with the provision of a share in the authorized capital as collateral.

6. Providing the location of the project as security for the proposed obligation (secondary leasing).

7. Providing a personal guarantee of the founder/(s) of the lessee as security for the proposed obligation (secondary leasing).

8. After commissioning of the project, provision of a finished greenhouse complex facility as security.

9. Direction of subsidies received to reimburse part of the cost of the leased asset for early repayment of the principal debt, taking into account the redistribution of subsequent payments in equal shares without changing the repayment dates.

10. The deadline for submitting an application with a full package of documents is 02/01/2016.
