KazAgroFinance Announces Penalty Forgiveness Campaign

JSC "KazAgroFinance," part of the group of companies of the National Investment Holding "Baiterek," launches a campaign for the cancellation of accrued penalties and fines for the company's clients. The campaign applies to all borrowers without exception.

The campaign is valid from January 15 to March 1, 2026, inclusive.

As part of the campaign, KazAgroFinance will write off 100% of the accrued penalties for late payment of financial lease obligations.

To participate in the campaign, the borrower must fully repay the principal debt and compensation under the financing agreement before the campaign ends. Partial repayment of the debt is allowed throughout the entire campaign period.

The campaign also applies to clients who have previously been subject to court rulings, provided that the debt amount specified in the court decision is fully repaid (excluding penalties, which are subject to cancellation under the campaign).

The decision to launch this campaign aims to support agricultural producers, reduce the debt burden on the agricultural business, and create additional opportunities for restoring payment discipline without penalty sanctions.

To participate in the campaign, borrowers should submit an application to the nearest branch of JSC "KazAgroFinance."
