Kazakhstani farmers can purchase equipment through three preferential leasing programs.

Starting February 20, JSC "KazAgroFinance" (part of the JSC "NUH Baiterek" group) will begin accepting applications for three preferential leasing programs aimed at supporting Kazakhstan's agricultural sector. The total allocated funding amounts to 10.5 billion tenge at an annual interest rate of 6%.
The financing will be distributed as follows:
- "Own Feed" – 3 billion tenge
- "Made in Kazakhstan" – 5 billion tenge
- "Preferential Leasing at 6%" – 2.5 billion tenge
Under the "Made in Kazakhstan" program, farmers can purchase mounted, trailed, and self-propelled agricultural machinery, as well as domestically produced and assembled vehicles, at a 6% annual rate for up to 10 years. The down payment starts at 15% of the leasing item’s cost.
The "Own Feed" program is designed to finance feed preparation equipment and mobile irrigation systems of both domestic and foreign production. This program also offers a 6% annual rate for up to 10 years, with a minimum down payment of 15%.
The "Preferential Leasing" program allows farmers to acquire self-propelled agricultural machinery of domestic production or assembly under favorable conditions, without a down payment, for up to 10 years at a 6% annual rate.
"Preferential leasing programs are in high demand among our clients. Therefore, as soon as we had available financial resources, we decided to allocate them specifically to these three leasing programs—'Made in Kazakhstan,' 'Own Feed,' and 'Preferential Leasing.' Moreover, now is the perfect time to start preparing for the upcoming sowing season," said Yerkebulan Zhumzhaev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "KazAgroFinance."
Applications will be accepted starting February 20 at 15:00 via the Telegram bot at this link. After submitting an application, the client must provide a complete set of documents to a JSC "KazAgroFinance" branch within five business days.
