Useful tips for farms from top managers of KazAgroFund Company
KazAgroFinance JSC, part of the Baiterek Holding group of companies, held an open day for farmers. The management of KazAgroFinance was present as a consultant.
The event was held as part of the international specialized exhibition Jańa Dala / Green Day 2024.
Farmers asked their questions, talked about existing problems and expressed their opinion on existing leasing programs.
“To better understand the needs of our customers, we decided to hold an Open Day today. This helps us to understand the clients' problems, their requests and identify the company's weaknesses. Today farmers from Akmola region, Karaganda region, some North-Kazakhstan regions and several Pavlodars sought our advice. We listened to their wishes, what can be improved, what can be added, tried to participate in solving problems. We consulted on which leasing program is beneficial to use, and also asked customers whether they are satisfied with the product KazAgroFinance, as well as the quality of services provided,” - said Chairman of the Board of JSC KazAgroFinance Aidar Prashev.
Recently, KazAgroFinance JSC with the support of Baiterek Holding launched a program of preferential leasing at a rate of 5% per annum with a total budget of 100 billion tenge to support subjects of the agro-industrial complex. Leasing term up to 7 years, not less than 10% with the possibility of payment no later than December 1, does not require a guarantee.
“This company's history has been largely absent from the leasing market. This is a great opportunity for farmers to renew the machinery fleet and improve production efficiency. Acquisition of domestic agricultural machinery at low interest rates will significantly reduce the cost of its purchase and improve the quality of work on sown areas,” said A. Prashev.
According to him, such support measures will promote the development of production of domestic agricultural machinery. To stimulate the development of agriculture and ensure food security of the country, it is extremely important that such programs of state support were available to as many farmers and agricultural enterprises as possible.
In general, as the company notes, leasing products are in demand among farmers. In general, for the first half of the year, customers received a total of 97.6 billion dollars. More than 5 thousand units of equipment were leased for tenge, including 3.8 thousand units of domestic products. This is 76 percent of the total volume of purchased equipment.
In general, from the beginning of the year to July 12, 2024, KazAgroFinance JSC has accepted applications for the amount of 171.8 billion tenge (8,405 units), including 127.8 billion tenge (5,661 units) of Kazakhstan-made equipment.
