On May 19, 2023, as part of supporting the development of agriculture and the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan, the First Director of KazAgroFinance JSC, Aidar Prashev, made a working trip to the West Kazakhstan region.

The main purpose of the trip was to discuss and evaluate projects for the acquisition of modern equipment for agricultural enterprises. The Chairman of the Board of KazAgroFinance JSC met with the management of Baystone LLP, which specializes in growing vegetable crops and sells its products in markets in Uralsk and the West Kazakhstan region.

Over the past year, the farm has developed 165 hectares of land, successfully growing potatoes, carrots and onions. The total volume of products produced was more than 6 thousand tons. The company actively uses modern methods of watering vegetable crops, including an irrigation system and sprinklers. For the current year, it is planned to increase the sown area to 250 hectares, as well as to purchase sprinklers and self-propelled sowing, tillage and harvesting equipment on lease through KazAgroFinance JSC.

Baystone LLP is also the main supplier of products for the stabilization fund of the Mangystau region. According to the company's data, in the past off-season period, more than 2 thousand tons of its products were sold at prices below market prices by 30-40%.

Chairman of the Board of KazAgroFinance JSC, Aidar Prashev, expressed his full support and readiness of the company to actively promote the development of the agricultural sector in Kazakhstan, and also expressed confidence in the potential and prospects of the economy, emphasizing its importance in ensuring food security of the region and the country as a whole.
