In connection with the introduction by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2020 No. 285 of a state of emergency throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan and the introduction of measures and temporary restrictions in relation to the population and business entities, in order to prevent the deterioration of their financial condition, KazAgroFinance JSC is ready to provide its clients the following support measures:

1) not charge fines and penalties/penalties for late payments on the principal debt and (or) remuneration under bank loan and (or) financial leasing agreements for clients who have made late payments as a result of the introduction of a state of emergency;

2) provide a deferment on payments under bank loan and (or) financial leasing agreements, including payments on the principal debt and (or) remuneration, for a period of up to 90 (ninety) calendar days to individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, if necessary the delay arose as a result of the declaration of a state of emergency.

KazAgroFinance JSC is ready to consider customer requests for the above support measures on an individual basis based on a corresponding written request with documents attached confirming the occurrence of problems in activities in connection with the introduction of a state of emergency.
