Principles
Compliance with the principles of corporate governance
KazAgroFinance JSC is guided by the Corporate Governance Code approved by the Sole Shareholder's Resolution No. 68/21 dated December 22, 2021.
The fundamental principles of the Company's corporate governance are:
1) the principle of separation of powers;
2) the principle of protecting the rights and interests of the Sole Shareholder;
3) the principle of effective management of the Company by the Board of Directors and the Management Board;
4) the principle of sustainable development;
5) the principle of risk management, internal control and internal audit;
6) the principle of regulating corporate conflicts and conflicts of interest;
7) the principles of transparency and objectivity in disclosing information on the Company's activities.
The Company annually prepares a Report on compliance with the principles and provisions of the Corporate Governance Code.
