Education:

In 1999, he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abay, majoring in Marketing and Commerce;

In 2002, he graduated from Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, majoring in Jurisprudence.

Work Experience:

From July 16, 2001 to May 8, 2012, he began his career as a specialist at Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and rose to become Head of the Project Review Department and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of BRK-Leasing JSC, a subsidiary of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC;

From November 13, 2015 to January 30, 2018 – Managing Director of KazAgroFinance JSC;

From April 10, 2019 to December 20, 2023 – worked in the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From December 20, 2023 to February 14, 2025 – Managing Director of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC.

From February 13, 2025 to the present, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation and a member of the Board.
