KazAgroFinance JSC highly values its reputation as a reliable business partner and understands that customers expect honest, fair and impartial fulfillment by the Company of its obligations as a National Institute and a leader in the agricultural machinery and equipment leasing market.

For the purpose of internal control over the Company's compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal rules, as well as for the formation of a compliance culture, the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service was established in KazAgroFinance JSC.

The Service is designed to ensure compliance by the Company and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption; implementation, organization and development of the compliance system in the Company.

KazAgroFinance JSC has proactive reporting channels through which you can report to the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service about known facts of improper or illegal behavior of the Company's employees, violations of the law and regulatory requirements.

We draw your attention to the confidentiality of the information provided; also the message can be sent anonymously.

A client or an employee of the Company who reported violations in good faith cannot be subjected to any measures of influence on the part of the Company, regardless of the nature of the report.
