Today, August 17, 2022,in pursuance of the order of the Head of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokayev K.K. on the introduction of a preferential lending mechanism for the purpose of acquiring domestic agricultural equipment at the expense of the ROP operator, the first transfer of a tractor and a combine harvester to farmers of the Kostanay region took place.

Thanks to the implementation of the Preferential Leasing Program, farmers of KH Koktem, KH Utemisova Galina Nurakhmetovna and KH Maibasova Z.M. will start the harvesting campaign already on the new equipment!

KH "Koktem" applied for leasing the tractor "Kirovets" K-735(manufacturer - LLP "Kostanay Tractor Plant") on August 08, 2022. The farm was founded in 2003 and specializes in the production of grain crops on an area of ​​2487.8 hectares.

KH Utemisova Galina Nurakhmetovna applied for participation in the Preferential Leasing Program on August 08, 2022 for the purchase of the Essil KZS-750 combine (manufacturer JSC Agromashholding KZ). The farm specializes in the production of crop products on an area of ​​621.1 hectares.

The representative of the farm "Utemisova Galina Nurakhmetovna" expressed gratitude for the opportunity to receive equipment on preferential terms:

KH "Maybasova Z.M." applied for leasing  the Kirovets K-742 tractor  (manufacturer - Kostanay Tractor Plant LLP) on August 05, 2022. The farm specializes in the production of grain crops on an area of ​​1206.4 hectares.

Representative of the peasant farm "Maybasova Z.M." thanked KazAgroFinance JSC for the high quality of the services provided:

“KazAgroFinance quickly and efficiently considered the application, on August 5 the application was submitted, on August 12 it was approved, and today on August 17 we receive the equipment. Very good program, assistance to farmers, excellent conditions, no down payment. Thanks to KazAgroFinance, we have the opportunity to get a new Kirovets tractor, which has proven itself well. Thank you!”, - said the representative of the farm “Maybasova ZM”.

Recall that the acceptance of applications for participation in the Program of preferential leasing of agricultural machinery of domestic production at the expense of JSC "Zhasyl-Damu" (the operator of the ROP) started on August 5, 2022 . To implement the preferential leasing program, 40 billion tenge is allocated for the purchase of about a thousand units of self-propelled agricultural machinery of domestic production.

Program conditions:

1. lease term – up to 10 years;
2. interest rate - 6% per annum;
3. initial payment (advance payment) for leasing - 0%;
4. the grace period for repayment of the principal debt is 1 year.

The absence of the need to make an initial payment and provide a pledge allows small and medium-sized agricultural formations to renew the fleet of equipment on preferential terms by the beginning of harvesting. In addition, thanks to the introduction of a scoring system in KazAgroFinance JSC, applications are considered as soon as possible and do not exceed 5 days.

The available conditions of the Program caused a great demand for domestically produced equipment. To date, KazAgroFinance JSC has already received 202 applications from agricultural producers in the amount of 15.4 billion tenge.
