KazAgroFinance JSC (hereinafter referred to as KAF), in connection with the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is ready to provide support to its clients and consider providing a deferment for the repayment of payments due from March 16 to June 15, 2020 without charging a penalty.

Conditions for granting deferment:

1. The deferment can be obtained by all small and medium-sized businesses that entered into loan/financial leasing agreements with KAF before March 16, 2020. At the same time, a penalty for failure to fulfill monetary obligations by the client is not charged.
2. Granting a deferment and not accruing a penalty from March 16 to June 15, 2020 inclusive is carried out on the basis of an application and documents confirming the deterioration of the client’s financial condition associated with the introduction of a state of emergency (reduction in the volume of goods and (or) services sold, delay, suspension, rescheduling payment from product buyers (the list of documents is given below).
3. KAF considers applications from clients affected by the state of emergency on an individual basis.

The client needs to complete the following steps:

STEP 1: Form an application for deferred payment indicating the amounts, deferment period, reasons indicating a deterioration in financial condition in your own hand in any form, scan (or photograph).

STEP 2:  Scan (or photograph) one or more of the following supporting documents indicating a deterioration in financial condition due to the introduction of the state of emergency:

• contracts for the supply of manufactured products;
• notification of suspension of purchased products from the buyer;
• certificate of availability of finished products/material assets/unfinished products;
• written statement from suppliers to suspend the supply of raw materials/products;
• acts of disposal/destruction of spoiled products.

*Other documents confirming the deterioration of the financial condition associated with the introduction of the state of emergency.

STEP 3: Attach documents according to STEP 1 and 2 - send by email to mailbox@kaf.kz or by any available means of communication to a KAF employee.

STEP 4:  Wait for the decision of the CAF, which will be made for each borrower individually. The response will be sent to the client by email or other communication source.
