Source of financing 

Non-budgetary sources of financing (Joint Pension Savings Fund) – financing is provided from the non-budgetary sources of financing at the expense of the Company’s own and raised funds, including the ones raised from JPSF.At that, financing of leasing projects (purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment to be further leased) at the expense of funds raised from JPSF is provided only within the trends for meat and milk production and processing, as well as feed production, otherwise financing is provided at the expense of non-budgetary sources of financing, except for the funds raised from JPSF.

Special terms

Проект должен предусматривать:

1)   внедрение современных технологий по выращиванию продукции в промышленных теплицах;

2)   агрономическое и техническое сопровождение проекта квалифицированным специалистом не менее 1 года.

*График погашения платежей по основному долгу и вознаграждению по предоставляемому финансированию может быть установлен индивидуально исходя из особенностей реализуемого проекта, в соответствии с решением Кредитного комитета Общества. При этом периодичность оплаты основного долга и вознаграждения не должна быть меньше указанной в настоящем пункте Условий финансирования.
