“KazAgroFinance” JSC highly values its reputation of a reliable and transparent National Institute and understands that customers expect honest, fair and impartial fulfillment of the tasks set by the Company and implementation of state policy.

For this purpose, “KazAgroFinance” JSC introduced a compliance system that ensures control over the Company's compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal and external rules, procedures established by the Company, basic moral and ethical principles of doing business and the corporate governance system.

The main functions of compliance are: preventing and counteracting the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism, as well as the detection and prevention of corruption; effective resolution of conflicts of interest; control over the observance by the Company's employees of the requirements of professional ethics in doing business. In order to prevent and minimize the risks of unlawful behavior on the part of employees of KazAgroFinance JSC, feedback has been established by the Company's management with customers and employees.

With the help of this feedback, you can inform the management of known facts of inappropriate behavior of employees of the Company, which may damage interests or damage the reputation of the Company.
